To augment the objective of servicing candidates and corporate on a common platform we offer host of services in the areas of recruiting and placing top class candidate which include:
1. OFF LINE RECRUITMENT SERVICE
We continue to offer off line recruitment services to corporate which we have been servicing since 1990. This service is offered to diverse industries and sub-industries in different business functions and at all levels of hierarchy structure classified as Corporate Management, Senior Management, Middle management and Support Staff positions.
2. ON LINE RECRUITMENT SERVICE
We offer on line recruitment service. In this service Corporate is granted the right to access our resume database for the specified period ranging from spot plan of one month or short term plan of 3 months to one year or long term plan of 3 years.
3. ON LINE JOB POSTINGS
We offer on line job posting service on our website. In this service Corporate is granted the right to post job opportunities that are available in their organization for the specified period ranging from spot plan of one month or short term plan of 3 months to one year or long term plan of 3 years.
4. ON LINE END TO END RECRUITMENT SERVICES
We offer end to end e recruitment solutions. In this service we create a home page for the corporate on our website. A master log in user id and password will be specially created. Sub password will be created for multiple users. Corporate can create user log in Id and passwords for their in house recruiters and placement organizations who service their requirements. Corporates can post jobs on our website and this can be announced to their placement organization to service their requirements. Placements organizations will than be required to post candidate resume on the site. These resumes will not be open for view and or usage by any other consultant or corporate, besides, the system will not accept the same resume twice. In other words placement organization which places the resume first will get credit for the candidate's selection. The system offers transparency, speed, efficiency and confidentiality.
5. CONSULTING - HUMAN RESOURCES
We offer advisory services for formulating Human Resource Policy Manual detailing systems and practices which can be easily be practiced by Non HR professionals as well.
6. ADVISORY SERVICES - INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS & LABOUR LAWS
We offer advisory services for developing and sustaining harmonious industrial relations with employees, assist in collective bargaining and negotiations. Besides, we interpret labour laws and suggest statutory compliance for good corporate governance.
7. COMPENSATION BENEFIT MANAGEMENT
We will manage compensation & benefits - salaries, entitlements like bonus, LTA, Medical, ESIC, Provident Fund, Gratuity, and Superannuation and liaise with statutory labour administration authorities.
